Emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin m\u00fcdahaleleri, b\u00f6lgesel iktidar m\u00fccadeleleri ve cihat\u00e7\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin sahada g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanmas\u0131, \u00fclkeyi halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi temelinde yeniden in\u015fa etmek yerine yeni \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve payla\u015f\u0131m alanlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn gelinen a\u015famada, ba\u015fta ABD olmak \u00fczere emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin b\u00f6lgesel politikalar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin Suriye&#8217;ye y\u00f6nelik askeri ve siyasi m\u00fcdahaleleri, DA\u0130\u015e&#8217;e kar\u015f\u0131 verilen m\u00fccadele sonucunda halklar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r bedeller \u00f6deyerek elde etti\u011fi demokratik kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n tasfiye edilmesine zemin haz\u0131rlayan yeni bir s\u00fcreci beraberinde getiriyor. \u00d6zellikle Heyet Tahrir el-\u015eam (HT\u015e) \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u015fekillenen yeni y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca siyasal iktidar\u0131n el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi anlam\u0131na gelmiyor; ayn\u0131 zamanda Suriye&#8217;nin \u00e7ok uluslu, \u00e7ok inan\u00e7l\u0131 ve \u00e7ok dilli toplumsal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 tek\u00e7i bir anlay\u0131\u015f do\u011frultusunda yeniden bi\u00e7imlendirme giri\u015fimi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrtler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Aleviler, S\u00fcryaniler, Ermeniler, D\u00fcrziler, Hristiyanlar, \u00cazid\u00eeler ve di\u011fer kadim halklar\u0131n tarihsel varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar\u0131 ve siyasal temsilinin bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131; sava\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan demokratik ve \u00e7o\u011fulcu bir gelecek beklentisini zay\u0131flatan en \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerden biri olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Ya\u015fanan s\u00fcre\u00e7, yaln\u0131zca idari de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden ibaret de\u011fil; co\u011frafyan\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 yeniden yazmay\u0131, halklar\u0131n tarihsel belle\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lmay\u0131 ve \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc toplumsal yap\u0131y\u0131 tek kimlikli bir siyasal modele uyarlamay\u0131 hedefleyen kapsaml\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu y\u00f6nelimin en g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr \u00f6rneklerinden biri, K\u00fcrt kentlerinin tarihsel isimlerine y\u00f6nelik m\u00fcdahaleler oldu. \u00d6zellikle Koban\u00ea isminin yeniden &#8220;Ayn el-Arab&#8221; ad\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan basit bir idari d\u00fczenleme olarak de\u011fil, halk\u0131n tarihsel belle\u011fine ve kimli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik siyasal bir m\u00fcdahale olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yer isimleri yaln\u0131zca haritalarda yer alan co\u011frafi ifadeler de\u011fildir. Onlar halklar\u0131n dili, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, tarihi ve kolektif haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r. Bir kentin tarihsel ad\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, yaln\u0131zca tabelalar\u0131 de\u011fil; o co\u011frafyada ya\u015fayan halklar\u0131n belle\u011fini, direni\u015fini ve tarihsel s\u00fcreklili\u011fini de hedef alan ideolojik bir m\u00fcdahale anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hesek\u00ea&#8217;de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kitlesel a\u00e7\u0131klamada, isim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi giri\u015fimlerinin halklar\u0131n iradesini yok sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tarihsel haf\u0131zaya y\u00f6nelik bir sald\u0131r\u0131 niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;Koban\u00ea ad\u0131 bu halk\u0131n tarihidir, dilidir, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr ve direni\u015fidir. Hi\u00e7bir idari karar halklar\u0131n belle\u011fini ve tarihsel ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini ortadan kald\u0131ramaz.&#8221; denilerek, tarihsel isimlerin korunmas\u0131n\u0131n halklar\u0131n varolu\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00e7\u0131klamaya kat\u0131lanlar, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte Baas rejiminin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Arapla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, bug\u00fcn farkl\u0131 siyasal akt\u00f6rler eliyle benzer sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilecek tek\u00e7i uygulamalar\u0131n da kabul edilemeyece\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2014-2015 y\u0131llar\u0131nda DA\u0130\u015e sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Koban\u00ea&#8217;de verilen m\u00fccadele, yaln\u0131zca bir kentin savunulmas\u0131 de\u011fil; halklar\u0131n ortak direni\u015finin ve uluslararas\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n simgelerinden biri haline geldi. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen direni\u015f, farkl\u0131 halklardan binlerce insan\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesiyle cihat\u00e7\u0131 barbarl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 tarihsel bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 yaratt\u0131. Bu nedenle Koban\u00ea isminin hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca bir yer ad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi de\u011fil; DA\u0130\u015e&#8217;e kar\u015f\u0131 kazan\u0131lan tarihsel ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ve ortak direni\u015f haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131n silikle\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik ideolojik bir giri\u015fim olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suriye&#8217;nin yeniden in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir mezhebin, etnik kimli\u011fin ya da siyasal hareketin tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine de\u011fil; halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi, laiklik, demokratik kat\u0131l\u0131m ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc birlik temelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6n ko\u015fuludur. K\u00fcrtlerin, Araplar\u0131n, S\u00fcryanilerin, Ermenilerin, T\u00fcrkmenlerin, \u00c7erkeslerin, Alevilerin, D\u00fcrzilerin, \u00cazid\u00eelerin ve Hristiyan topluluklar\u0131n e\u015fit haklarla ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 demokratik bir toplumsal d\u00fczen kurulmadan sava\u015f\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tek dil, tek kimlik ve tek inan\u00e7 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 esas alan siyasal projeler, yaln\u0131zca k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi de\u011fil, Suriye halklar\u0131n\u0131n ortak gelece\u011fini de tehdit ediyor. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;nun yak\u0131n tarihi, ink\u00e2r, asimilasyon ve zor politikalar\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulan hi\u00e7bir d\u00fczenin kal\u0131c\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 defalarca g\u00f6sterdi. Halklar\u0131n dili yasaklanabilir, kentlerin isimleri de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras hedef al\u0131nabilir; ancak halklar\u0131n ortak haf\u0131zas\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn Suriye&#8217;de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fccadele yaln\u0131zca topraklar\u0131n ya da siyasal iktidar\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda halklar\u0131n tarihine, kimli\u011fine, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ve birlikte ya\u015fama iradesine sahip \u00e7\u0131kma m\u00fccadelesidir. Ger\u00e7ek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm; emperyalist m\u00fcdahalelerden, cihat\u00e7\u0131 siyasal projelerden ve tek\u00e7i devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan de\u011fil, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin, emek\u00e7ilerin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve ezilen halklar\u0131n e\u015fitlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokratik ortak ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesinden ge\u00e7mektedir.
