Bas\u0131n metnini okuyan kay\u0131p yak\u0131n\u0131 \u0130kbal Eren, Ferhat Tepe\u2019nin babas\u0131 \u0130shak Tepe\u2019nin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan ilk kez onsuz bir araya geldiklerini belirterek, \u201cCezas\u0131zl\u0131k yaln\u0131zca failleri korumuyor; y\u0131llard\u0131r evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 arayan anne ve babalar\u0131n \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini de t\u00fcketiyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00d6zg\u00fcr G\u00fcndem\u2019in 19 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Bitlis muhabiri Ferhat Tepe, 28 Temmuz 1993\u2019te \u015fehir merkezinde silahl\u0131 ve telsizli \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Eren\u2019in aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, daha sonra aileyi arayan bir ki\u015fi Tepe\u2019yi \u201cT\u00fcrk \u0130ntikam Tugay\u0131 ad\u0131na\u201d ka\u00e7\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi; babas\u0131 \u0130shak Tepe\u2019nin DEP Bitlis \u0130l Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan istifa etmesini ve para \u00f6demesini istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ailesi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan aranan Tepe\u2019nin i\u015fkence g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bedeni, 13 g\u00fcn sonra Elaz\u0131\u011f Kimsesizler Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda \u201cme\u00e7hul ki\u015fi\u201d olarak g\u00f6m\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f halde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tepe\u2019nin ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na tan\u0131k olan ki\u015filere ve onu Diyarbak\u0131r Jandarma Alay Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki sorgu s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klayan 14 tan\u0131\u011fa ra\u011fmen etkili bir soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmedi. Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi, ya\u015fam hakk\u0131n\u0131n usul boyutu ile etkili ba\u015fvuru hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fine h\u00fckmederek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi mahk\u00fbm etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
