Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re 7 Ekim 2023\u2019ten bu yana \u0130srail sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiren Filistinlilerin say\u0131s\u0131 73 bin 269\u2019a, yaral\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 ise 173 bin 811\u2019e y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enkaz alt\u0131nda ve ula\u015f\u0131lamayan b\u00f6lgelerde h\u00e2l\u00e2 cenazelerin bulundu\u011fu, bombard\u0131man ve g\u00fcvenlik ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle ambulanslarla sivil savunma ekiplerinin baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. 10 Ekim 2025\u2019te ilan edilen ate\u015fkes de sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 sona erdirmedi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ate\u015fkesin ard\u0131ndan \u0130srail sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda bin 144 Filistinlinin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini, 3 bin 703 ki\u015finin yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 802 ki\u015finin cenazesinin enkazdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130nsani \u0130\u015fler Koordinasyon Ofisinin son raporuna g\u00f6re devam eden askeri operasyonlar yeni g\u00f6\u00e7lere yol a\u00e7arken insani yard\u0131ma, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine, temiz suya, g\u0131daya ve bar\u0131nma olanaklar\u0131na eri\u015fimi de s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131yor. Gazze\u2019de halk\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r su ve temizlik sorunlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya bulunurken y\u00fcz binlerce ki\u015fi kanalizasyon at\u0131klar\u0131 ve biriken \u00e7\u00f6plerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k tehlikesi alt\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yor.
