Ertesi sabah at\u0131n tek ba\u015f\u0131na eve gelmesi \u00fczerine arama ba\u015flatan ailesi, Nayci\u2019nin k\u00f6ye hi\u00e7 gitmedi\u011fini ve Ku\u015ftepe\u2019de al\u0131konulmu\u015f olabilece\u011fini \u00f6\u011frendi. Ailenin ba\u015fvuruda bulundu\u011fu d\u00f6nemin Cizre \u0130l\u00e7e Jandarma Komutan\u0131 Cemal Temiz\u00f6z\u2019\u00fcn talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamayarak &#8220;\u00c7ok istiyorsan kendin git, ara&#8221; dedi\u011fi ve babas\u0131n\u0131n da\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olabilece\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bask\u0131 ve korku nedeniyle ilk resmi ba\u015fvurunun 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve soru\u015fturman\u0131n takipsizlikle sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ku\u015ftepe\u2019de kemiklerin bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ailenin DNA kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 talebinden de sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namad\u0131.
