Topkaya, \u201cSesi ile s\u00f6z\u00fc ile devrimci tutsak m\u00fcvekkilim Metin Turan tahliye oldu\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turan hakk\u0131nda Adli T\u0131p Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan cezaevi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na s\u00fcrd\u00fcremeyece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde rapor haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f, ancak infaz\u0131n ertelenmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvuru Bafra Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan reddedilmi\u015fti. Turan, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumuna ve rapora ra\u011fmen tahliye edilmemesine kar\u015f\u0131 hukuki m\u00fccadelesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metin Turan, 19 Aral\u0131k 2000\u2019de hapishanelere y\u00f6nelik \u201cHayata D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f Operasyonu\u201d s\u0131ras\u0131nda Sa\u011fmalc\u0131lar Hapishanesi\u2019nde bulunuyordu. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r \u015fiddet sonucunda iki g\u00f6z\u00fcnde ciddi g\u00f6rme kayb\u0131 olu\u015ftu. 19 Aral\u0131k, siyasi Tutsakalara develt taraf\u0131ndan  hapishanelere y\u00f6nelik en a\u011f\u0131r, kanli sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri olarak an\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1967 Samsun do\u011fumlu Turan, ODT\u00dc \u0130ktisat B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Devrimci m\u00fczik gelene\u011fi i\u00e7inde Grup Ekin ve Grup Yorum\u2019da solistlik yapt\u0131.
