Mahkeme G\u00f6kta\u015f\u2019a iki su\u00e7tan toplam 18 ay 35 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verirken, \u201csu\u00e7u ve su\u00e7luyu \u00f6vme\u201d su\u00e7lamas\u0131ndan beraat karar\u0131 verdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komedyen Deniz G\u00f6kta\u015f, \u0130stanbul 14. Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen ilk duru\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan tahliye edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f6kta\u015f hakk\u0131nda \u201cCumhurba\u015fkan\u0131na hakaret\u201d, \u201chalk\u0131 kin ve d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011fa alenen tahrik\u201d ve \u201csu\u00e7u ve su\u00e7luyu \u00f6vme\u201d su\u00e7lamalar\u0131yla dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Savc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 su\u00e7tan da ceza talep ederken mahkeme, G\u00f6kta\u015f\u2019a \u201cCumhurba\u015fkan\u0131na hakaret\u201d su\u00e7lamas\u0131ndan 11 ay 20 g\u00fcn, dini de\u011ferlere ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zleri nedeniyle 7 ay 15 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verdi. \u201cSu\u00e7u ve su\u00e7luyu \u00f6vme\u201d su\u00e7lamas\u0131ndan ise beraatine karar verildi. Kararla birlikte G\u00f6kta\u015f tahliye edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f6kta\u015f, 3 Temmuz\u2019dan bu yana \u00c7orlu Karatepe Y\u00fcksek G\u00fcvenlikli Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumu\u2019nda tutuluyordu. 28 A\u011fustos\u2019ta hakk\u0131nda tahliye karar\u0131 verilmi\u015f ancak cezaevinden \u00e7\u0131kamadan bu kez ayn\u0131 g\u00f6sterideki ba\u015fka bir \u015faka gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6sterilerek yeniden tutuklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cezaevi \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda arkada\u015flar\u0131 ve sevenleri taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanan G\u00f6kta\u015f, i\u00e7eride kalan tutuklulara dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f6kta\u015f, Sinem Dedeta\u015f ve Mehmet Pehlivan\u2019\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 cezaevinde oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn birlikte tahliye olmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
