G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nanlardan 12 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Davut Altunkaynak, 13 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Seyhan Do\u011fan, 16 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Nedim Aky\u00f6n, 19 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Mehmet Emin Aslan, 20 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Abdurrahman Olcay, 21 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Abdurrahman Co\u015fkun ve 57 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki S\u00fcleyman Seyhan\u2019dan bir daha haber al\u0131namad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ailelere yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylendi. Ancak 6 Mart 1996\u2019da S\u00fcleyman Seyhan\u2019\u0131n yak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ba\u015f\u0131 olmayan bedeni bir kuyuda bulundu. \u0130ki g\u00fcn sonra Darge\u00e7it Jandarma Taburu\u2019nda g\u00f6revli uzman \u00e7avu\u015f Bilal Bat\u0131r\u0131r da kayboldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ailelerin ve \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin (\u0130HD) y\u0131llarca s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadele sonucunda 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lan soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, 2012-2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kaz\u0131larda kaybedilen ki\u015filere ait kemiklere ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Kemikler, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte sivillerin giri\u015fine kapal\u0131 asker\u00ee b\u00f6lgedeki kuyularda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18 san\u0131\u011fa beraat, dosyaya zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darge\u00e7it\u2019te ya\u015fanan kay\u0131plarla ilgili aralar\u0131nda d\u00f6nemin asker\u00ee yetkilileri ve korucular\u0131n\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu 18 ki\u015fi hakk\u0131nda dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak Ad\u0131yaman 1. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi, 4 Temmuz 2022\u2019de yeterli ve kesin delil bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle t\u00fcm san\u0131klar\u0131n beraatine karar verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stinaf ba\u015fvurusu 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda reddedilirken, Yarg\u0131tay 1. Ceza Dairesi 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcresinin doldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle davan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesine h\u00fckmetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cumartesi Anneleri, bu karar\u0131 cezas\u0131zl\u0131k politikas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirdi.
