Cumartesi Anneleri\/\u0130nsanlar\u0131, 1128. hafta bulu\u015fmas\u0131nda 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r’da g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda kaybedilen Ali Tekda\u011f’\u0131n ak\u0131betini sordu. Galatasaray Meydan\u0131’ndaki polis bariyerleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, 32 y\u0131ld\u0131r ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmayan dosyada sorumlular\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve cezas\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa son verilmesi istendi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130STANBUL \u2013<\/strong> Cumartesi Anneleri, g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda kaybedilen yak\u0131nlar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fckleri adalet m\u00fccadelesinin 1128. haftas\u0131nda Galatasaray Meydan\u0131’nda bir araya geldi. Kay\u0131p yak\u0131n\u0131 \u00dcmit Tekay Di\u015fli taraf\u0131ndan okunan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Ali Tekda\u011f’\u0131n kaybedilmesi ve y\u0131llard\u0131r sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmayan soru\u015fturmalar g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yedi \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131, HEP \u00fcyesi Ali Tekda\u011f, 13 Kas\u0131m 1994’te Diyarbak\u0131r’\u0131n Da\u011fkap\u0131 semtinde e\u015fiyle al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yaparken silahl\u0131, sivil giyimli ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan zorla beyaz bir minib\u00fcse bindirilerek g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Tekda\u011f’dan bir daha haber al\u0131namad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ailenin ba\u015fvurular\u0131na yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan “Bizde yok” yan\u0131t\u0131 verildi. Ancak bir tan\u0131k, Tekda\u011f’\u0131 Diyarbak\u0131r \u00c7evik Kuvvet Merkezi’nde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Daha sonra bas\u0131na yans\u0131yan itiraflarda Tekda\u011f’\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r i\u015fkence sonucu \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve bedeninin gizlice g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ailenin giri\u015fimleriyle a\u00e7\u0131lan yedi soru\u015fturma takipsizlik ve yetkisizlik kararlar\u0131yla kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi (A\u0130HM), y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturmalar\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle ya\u015fam hakk\u0131n\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fine h\u00fckmederek T\u00fcrkiye’yi mahk\u00fbm etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
