Bar\u0131\u015f Akademisyeni G\u00fcven Bak\u0131rezer Ankara 19. \u0130dare Mahkemesi karar\u0131yla g\u00f6revine iade edildi. Kocaeli \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde g\u00f6revine ba\u015flayan Bak\u0131rezer\u2019in i\u015fe iadesine ili\u015fkin E\u011fitim Sen Kocaeli \u015eubesi\u2019nde bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenlenendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E\u011fitim Sen \u015eube Sekreteri \u00d6mer Furkan \u00d6zdemir \u015funlar\u0131 dedi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cGe\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde \u00fcniversiteden ihra\u00e7 edilen 19 arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdan g\u00f6reve iadesi yap\u0131lan Derya Keskin\u2019in ard\u0131ndan, arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z hocam\u0131z G\u00fcven Bak\u0131rezer de g\u00f6revine iade edildi. Bir taraftanda buruk bir kar\u015f\u0131lama oldu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hala di\u011fer arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n davalar\u0131na red verilirken, bir k\u0131sm\u0131na ili\u015fkin mahkeme kararlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanmad\u0131. Bug\u00fcn milletvekili se\u00e7ilerek dokunulmazl\u0131k z\u0131rh\u0131na b\u00fcr\u00fcnerek bu hukuksuzlu\u011fu yaratanlar yarg\u0131lanana kadar da m\u00fccadelemiz devam edecek.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n“KO\u00dc\u2019ye \u00e7ok emek vermi\u015ftim. Kamp\u00fcs in\u015fa edilirken de oradayd\u0131k ve her y\u0131l y\u00fczlerce \u00f6\u011frenciye emek vermi\u015ftik. 7 y\u0131l sonra ilk kez girebildim o kap\u0131dan. Bu duyguyu nas\u0131l anlatabilirim bilmiyorum. 13 y\u0131l boyunca sadece akademisyen olmu\u015fum ve bu \u015fehirle hi\u00e7bir ba\u011f\u0131m olmam\u0131\u015f, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 bana bunu g\u00f6sterdi. At\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kurdu\u011fumuz ili\u015fkiler bize \u00e7ok\u00e7a \u015fey \u00f6\u011fretti. Her y\u0131l y\u00fczlerce \u00f6\u011frenci ile tan\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131k ama \u015fimdi oradaki \u00f6\u011frenciler bizleri tan\u0131m\u0131yor bunun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir eksiklik oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u0130\u015ften at\u0131lmam\u0131z iyi mi oldu dersek, bu ili\u015fkileri kurdu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in mutluyum. \u0130lk defa bu \u015fehre ba\u011fland\u0131m \u00f6zellikle pandemiden \u00f6nceki s\u00fcre\u00e7te. Ben G\u00fcven Bak\u0131rezer 50 ya\u015f\u0131nda sendikan\u0131n ve dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ne anlama geldi\u011fini sizler sayesinde \u00f6\u011frendim. Biz at\u0131ld\u0131k ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir dayan\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6sterildi. Bize hala i\u015fe yarad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z duygusunu hissettirdi buradaki beraberlik. Sonu\u00e7 olarak bug\u00fcnden sonra bana hoca demektense \u2018karde\u015f, yolda\u015f\u2019 derseniz \u00e7ok memnun olurum”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
