K\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencimize at\u0131lan mesajlar\u0131n, okul kamera g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinin de incelendi\u011fi yarg\u0131lama s\u00fcrecinde fail H.\u00c7. 4 ayd\u0131r tutuklu olarak yarg\u0131lan\u0131rken 21 Haziran 2023\u2019te ilk mahkemesi sonucu tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanmak \u00fczere serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Failin uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma karar\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 6284 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n uygulanmamas\u0131 nedeniyle bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocu\u011fun hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini bas\u0131na yans\u0131yan haberlerden biliyoruz.
