T\u00fcketici gibi masraflar ve harcama kalemleri T\u00dcFE \u00fczerinden hesaplanamaz. M\u00fccadelesini y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz sistem in\u015fa edilinceye kadar ASM\u2019lerde mevcut sistem i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan emek\u00e7ilerin sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmelidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Hekimlerin i\u015fveren olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ta\u015fer, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c<em>ASM\u2019ler kamu kurumlar\u0131d\u0131r. Kamusal olarak sunulan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri de yar\u0131 \u015firket yar\u0131 kamu mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclemez.
