Candan, g\u00f6reve son verme i\u015fleminin y\u00fcr\u00fctmesinin durdurulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve iptalini talep ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21 Temmuz&#8217;da \u0130stanbul \u0130dare Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na verilen dava dilek\u00e7esinde haks\u0131z ve mesnetsiz iddialara dayal\u0131 olan, hukukilikten uzak, keyfi g\u00f6reve son verme \/ g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresini uzatmama i\u015fleminin iptali ve yoksun kal\u0131nan parasal ve \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n daval\u0131 idareden tazmini talep edildi.
