Emine \u015eenya\u015far ve o\u011flu Ye\u015fil Sol Parti Milletvekili Ferit \u015eenya\u015far Adalet N\u00f6beti\u2019ni 846\u2019nc\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Emine \u015eenya\u015far hakk\u0131nda Urfa&#8217;da n\u00f6betlerinin 86\u2019nc\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcnde (2 Haziran 2021) sarf etti\u011fi s\u00f6zler nedeniyle \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Soylu ve AKP\u2019li \u0130brahim Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019a \u201chakaret\u201d etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle a\u00e7\u0131lan, daha sonra tefrik eden davan\u0131n ilk duru\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019a \u201cHakaret\u201d etti\u011fi iddias\u0131 ile Urfa 2\u2019nci Asliye Ceza Mahkemesinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmaya \u015eenya\u015far, Ankara\u2019da ameliyat oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in kat\u0131lamad\u0131.
