Savc\u0131 m\u00fctalaas\u0131nda, failler M\u00fcmin Karasu, Turgut Kurt ve \u00d6zkan Polat’\u0131n bilin\u00e7li taksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme ve yaralanmaya neden olmalar\u0131 sebebiyle cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 ve tutuklanmalar\u0131n\u0131 talep etti. Di\u011fer faillerin ise basit taksirden cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 talep edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bir \u00f6nceki duru\u015fmada mahkeme, bilirki\u015fi incelemesi ve ke\u015fif yap\u0131lmas\u0131 talebinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00fcst d\u00fczey yetkililer hakk\u0131nda su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunulmas\u0131 taleplerini reddetmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mahkeme heyeti tutuklama taleplerinin h\u00fck\u00fcmle birlikte de\u011ferlendirilmesine karar vererek duru\u015fmay\u0131 24 Ocak 2024 tarihine erteledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duru\u015fma \u00f6ncesi tren katliam\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirenlerin aileleri \u201cAdalet istiyoruz\u201d pankart\u0131yla adliyeye y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc. Adliye \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan aileler, katliamda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirenlerin isimlerini okuyarak \u201cBurada\u201d diye hayk\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
