Bir grup metal i\u015f\u00e7isi t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7ileri s\u00fcrece dahil olmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 bini a\u015fk\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iyi ilgilendiren MESS grup toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi s\u00fcrecinde (T\u0130S) T\u00fcrk Metal ve Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f grev karar\u0131 ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu, grev karar\u0131 almayan \u00d6z\u00e7elik-\u0130\u015f ise 15 Ocak\u2019ta toplanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 sendikan\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc oldu\u011fu fabrikalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir grup i\u015f\u00e7i, t\u00fcm metal i\u015f\u00e7ilerini, greve haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir \u00fccret ve toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin i\u015f\u00e7ilerin onay\u0131 ile imzalanmas\u0131 gibi taleplerle m\u00fccadeleye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikas\u0131 (MESS) ile T\u00fcrk Metal, Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f ve \u00d6z\u00e7elik-\u0130\u015f aras\u0131nda 2023\u2019\u00fcn eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde anla\u015fma sa\u011flanamamas\u0131 \u00fczerine 22 Kas\u0131m\u2019da uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k tutana\u011f\u0131 tutularak, ara bulucu s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde i\u015f\u00e7ilere y\u00fczde 35 dayatan MESS, asgari \u00fccret belirlendikten sonra teklifini \u00f6nce y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye, sonra y\u00fczde 60\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Sendikalar ise bu teklifin kabul edilemez oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara bulucu raporunun taraflara ula\u015fmas\u0131yla T\u00fcrk Metal, uygulama tarihi vermeden grev karar\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu.
