T\u0130P Hatay Milletvekili Can Atalay’\u0131n milletvekilli\u011finin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hakk\u0131ndaki karar\u0131n\u0131n TBMM Genel Kurulunda okunmas\u0131yla Atalay’\u0131n vekilli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Mecliste protestolar e\u015fli\u011finde okunan karar pek \u00e7ok kentte protesto ediliyor. Alanlara \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fi, “Can Atalay halk\u0131n vekilidir, \u00f6yle kalacak” sloganlar\u0131 att\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yap\u0131lan bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeler yer ald\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“TBMM, Yarg\u0131tay eliyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu darbe giri\u015fiminin bir orta\u011f\u0131 haline getirilmi\u015ftir. Bu saatten sonra bu \u00fclkede herkes \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p ben Anayasa’y\u0131 da Anayasa Mahkemesini de tan\u0131m\u0131yorum diyebilir. T\u00fcrkiye’de art\u0131k bir Anayasa’n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Anayasal g\u00fcvencenin de ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bizzat Meclis taraf\u0131ndan kabul edildi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Bu karar\u0131 onaylayanlara sesleniyoruz; bir i\u015fe kalk\u0131\u015ft\u0131ysan\u0131z cesaretiniz olsun. Bu hukuksuz karar\u0131 Numan Kurtulmu\u015f’un okumamas\u0131 ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, ad\u0131 kumpas davalar\u0131 ile an\u0131lan ve \u00e7ok\u00e7a Fettullah G\u00fclen’i \u00f6vmesiyle tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Bekir Bozda\u011f’\u0131n bu karar\u0131 okumas\u0131ndan bir \u015feyi \u00e7ok iyi anl\u0131yoruz. Bu hukuksuz karara t\u00fcm AKP’lilerin dahi alt\u0131na imza atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, alt\u0131na imza atmaktan \u00e7ekindi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Buradan bu hukuksuz karar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131nda en ufak pay\u0131 olanlara, karar\u0131n alt\u0131na imza atanlara sesleniyoruz.
