HPV a\u015f\u0131s\u0131 ki\u015filerin medeni halinden, cinsel ya\u015fam\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, rutin a\u015f\u0131 program\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131, HPV a\u015f\u0131s\u0131 herkes i\u00e7in \u00fccretsiz ve ula\u015f\u0131labilir olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
