A\u00e7\u0131klamada arabulucu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine ra\u011fmen sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilere y\u00f6nelik bask\u0131lar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 Kristal-\u0130\u015f, Olimpia Oto Cam fabrikalar\u0131nda ya\u015fananlara ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada patronun sendika d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 tutumunu aktard\u0131. Sendika \u00fcyelerine y\u00f6nelik bask\u0131 ve i\u015ften atma sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerin 19 \u015eubat\u2019ta eylem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, eylem sonras\u0131 62 sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n devam\u0131nda Kocaeli Valili\u011finin Kristal-\u0130\u015f\u2019e \u201carabuluculuk\u201d teklifi yapmas\u0131 \u00fczerine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi belirtilerek \u015funlar ifade edildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cToplant\u0131da ortaya konulan yakla\u015f\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olarak aradan ge\u00e7en bir haftal\u0131k s\u00fcrede bir geli\u015fme olabilece\u011fi beklenilse de sendikam\u0131z\u0131n bu iyi niyetli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fveren fabrikalarda bask\u0131lar\u0131 artt\u0131rmaya, i\u015f\u00e7ilerden sendikaya \u00fcye olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren e-devlet \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 talep etmeye, sendika \u00fcyeli\u011finden istifa etmeyen herkesi i\u015ften atmakla tehdit etmeye, Anayasam\u0131z\u0131 ve yasalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ayaklar alt\u0131na almaya devam etmektedir!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sendikam\u0131z bu hukuksuzluklar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda gerekli tespitlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu hukuksuzluklara taraf olan, su\u00e7u i\u015fleyen, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin d\u0131\u015f ve i\u00e7 hukukumuzdan do\u011fan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini tehditvari yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla bask\u0131 alt\u0131na alan, \u00fcyelerimizce de taraf\u0131m\u0131za isimleri bildirilen ki\u015filerin cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yetkili kurumlara m\u00fcracaatlar\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
