\n\u201cSendikam\u0131z 24.02.2024 tarihinde tarihi bir genel kurul ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6356 say\u0131l\u0131 Sendikalar ve Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Yasas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi ile birlikte \u00f6ncesinde deri ve dokuma olarak ayr\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f olan iki i\u015fkolunun birle\u015fmesi neticesinde y\u00fczde bir olarak belirlenen yeni i\u015fkolu baraj\u0131 engeline tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yasan\u0131n 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi ile birlikte 2013 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk sendika \u00fcyelik istatisti\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 yetki sorunu ya\u015fayan sendikam\u0131z daha sonra bakanl\u0131k nezdinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 giri\u015fimlerle 2015, 2016 ve son olarak 2019 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ge\u00e7ici s\u00fcre ile i\u015fkolu baraj\u0131ndan muafiyet d\u00fczenlemelerinden yararlanm\u0131\u015f ancak bu s\u00fcreler bir y\u0131l gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli d\u00f6nemleri kapsamas\u0131 itibar\u0131yla daha \u00f6nceden toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli i\u015fyerlerinde s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerini yenileyebilmi\u015f, k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 s\u00fcrelere ra\u011fmen \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hamlesi \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 2,5 kat art\u0131rarak 1.800\u2019l\u00fc seviyelerden 5000\u2019li seviyelere y\u00fckseltebilmi\u015f ancak son ge\u00e7ici muafiyet d\u00fczenlemesinin 2020 Haziran ay\u0131nda sona ermesi ve o g\u00fcnden bu yana ge\u00e7en ve neredeyse 4 y\u0131l\u0131 bulan bir s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da giri\u015fimlerine ra\u011fmen yeni bir yetki d\u00fczenlemesinin hayat bulmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine bir ba\u015fka sendika ile birle\u015fmeyi g\u00fcndemine alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
