Nikaragua, Almanya\u2019n\u0131n \u0130srail\u2019e verdi\u011fi destekle 1948 tarihli Soyk\u0131r\u0131m Su\u00e7unun \u00d6nlenmesi ve Cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (Soyk\u0131r\u0131m S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi), 1949 Cenevre S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ve Ek Protokolleri, uluslararas\u0131 insanc\u0131l hukukun ihlal edilemez ilkeleri ve di\u011fer genel uluslararas\u0131 hukuk normlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket etti\u011fini savundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ekim 2023’ten bu yana “Gazze \u015eeridi\u2019ndeki Filistin halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 onaylanm\u0131\u015f soyk\u0131r\u0131m riskine” i\u015faret eden Nikaragua, “Soyk\u0131r\u0131m S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi’ne taraf her \u00fclkenin s\u00f6zle\u015fme uyar\u0131nca bu su\u00e7un i\u015flenmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan her \u015feyi yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc bulundu\u011funu” hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nikaragua, UAD Stat\u00fcs\u00fc’n\u00fcn 41. maddesi ve \u0130\u00e7 T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’n\u00fcn 73, 74. ve 75. maddeleri uyar\u0131nca “Almanya’n\u0131n Gazze \u015eeridi’nde s\u00fcren muhtemel soyk\u0131r\u0131ma ve uluslararas\u0131 insanc\u0131l hukukun ve uluslararas\u0131 genel hukukun di\u011fer emredici normlar\u0131n\u0131n ciddi ihlallerine kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131” gerek\u00e7esiyle Divan’dan ihtiyati tedbir kararlar\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
