\u201cSosyalist kimli\u011fiyle bilinen 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Talat T\u00fcrko\u011flu \u0130stanbulda 29 Mart 1996 tarihinde annesini ziyaret etmek i\u00e7in Edirne\u2019ye gitti. \u0130stanbul\u2019dan Edirne\u2019deki evin kap\u0131s\u0131na kadar sivil polisler taraf\u0131ndan takip edildi\u011fini karde\u015flerine s\u00f6yledi. Ailesinin yan\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrede onlar da bu duruma tan\u0131kl\u0131k etti.1 Nisan 1996 tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019daki evine d\u00f6nmek \u00fczere yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve kendisinden bir daha haber al\u0131namad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
T\u00fcrko\u011flu Ailesi, \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Derne\u011fi ve Uluslararas\u0131 Af \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn t\u00fcm giri\u015fimleri sonu\u00e7suz kald\u0131. Resmi makamlar Talat T\u00fcrko\u011flu\u2019nun g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve nerede oldu\u011funu bilinmediklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda J\u0130TEM mensubu Kas\u0131m A\u00e7\u0131k\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 itiraflar bas\u0131na yans\u0131d\u0131. Talat\u2019\u0131n e\u015fk\u00e2l, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 saat, giysi, ayakkab\u0131, c\u00fczdan bilgilerini ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ile veren Kas\u0131m A\u00e7\u0131k; onun Edirne yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda bulunan \u00c7ad\u0131rkent\u2019te polisler, askerler ve itiraf\u00e7\u0131lardan olu\u015fan bir ekip taraf\u0131ndan sorguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fkence ile \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen bedeninin Meri\u00e7 Nehri\u2019ne at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bu beyanlar \u00fczerine T\u00fcrko\u011flu Ailesi ek bir soru\u015fturma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in savc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvurdu. Ancak savc\u0131l\u0131k, etkin bir soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fctmeden kovu\u015fturmaya yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131 verdi. A\u0130HM\u2019e ta\u015f\u0131nan davada ise T\u00fcrkiye, etkili bir soru\u015fturma yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Talat T\u00fcrko\u011flu\u2019nun ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131 korumaya y\u00f6nelik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirmedi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle mahk\u00fbm oldu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
