Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi (A\u0130HM) ve Anayasa Mahkemesi (AYM) kararlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n bireyin hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini korumaya yetmedi\u011fi, yurtta\u015f\u0131n taleplerini karar vericilere iletmek i\u00e7in muhatap bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anormal ko\u015fullardan uzakla\u015fmadan \u201cyumu\u015fama\u201ddan s\u00f6z edilemez. Zira normal olan devlet y\u00f6netiminde insan haklar\u0131n\u0131, hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve yurtta\u015f\u0131n taleplerini esas almakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
