\u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu (\u00d6MK) Teklifi\u2019nin geri \u00e7ekilmesi talebiyle Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan (MEB) TBMM’ye y\u00fcr\u00fcmek isteyen E\u011fitim ve Bilim Emek\u00e7ileri Sendikas\u0131 (E\u011fitim-Sen) \u00fcyeleri polis bar\u0131kat\u0131 nedeniyle oturma eylemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ge\u00e7en hafta Milli E\u011fitim, K\u00fclt\u00fcr, Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Komisyonu’nda kabul edilen \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Mesle\u011fi Kanun Teklifi, TBMM Genel Kurulu’nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Genel Kurul, 39 maddeden olu\u015fan kanun teklifi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine ba\u015flarken, MEB \u00f6n\u00fcne gelen \u00f6\u011fretmenler, \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmen d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu’nu hay\u0131r\u201d,\u201dYa\u015fas\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadelemiz\u201d, \u201cTarikata de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011fretmene b\u00fct\u00e7e\u201d, “\u00d6\u011fretmen d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 Yusuf Tekin istifa”, “Meclis, \u00d6MK’y\u0131 reddet” sloganlar\u0131 att\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E\u011fitimcilerin MEB \u00f6n\u00fcnden TBMM’ye yapmak istedikleri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fe polisler taraf\u0131ndan izin verilmedi. Meclis\u2019e giden yol g\u00fczergah\u0131, bariyerlerle kapat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin \u00f6n\u00fc \u00e7evik kuvvet polisleri taraf\u0131ndan kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Polis, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in anons yaparak e\u011fitimcilerin bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan alanda kalmalar\u0131n\u0131 istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Polis taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan anonsta, “Polisimize direnmeyelim. Da\u011f\u0131lma istikametiniz S\u0131hhiye. Yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz eylem kanunsuzdur. Da\u011f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z takdirde zor kullan\u0131larak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacaks\u0131n\u0131z” denildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri polislerce engellenen \u00f6\u011fretmenler, MEB \u00f6n\u00fcnde oturma eylemine ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Polis taraf\u0131ndan ise e\u011fitimcilere “Yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz eylem kanunsuzdur. Da\u011f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z takdirde zor kullan\u0131larak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacaks\u0131n\u0131z” \u015feklinde anons yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenler ise eylemlerine devam etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00d6te yandan E\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f, \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu\u2019nu protesto amac\u0131yla bug\u00fcn saat 16.00\u2019da TBMM\u2019nin yan\u0131nda bulunan Milli Egemenlik Park\u0131\u2019ndan 1. Meclis\u2019e y\u00fcr\u00fcme karar\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ankara Valili\u011fi, E\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f\u2019in y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u20182911 say\u0131l\u0131 Toplant\u0131 ve G\u00f6steri Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda belirtilen y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019 gerek\u00e7esiyle yasaklad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f, valili\u011fin yasa\u011f\u0131na ra\u011fmen 1. Meclis\u2019e y\u00fcr\u00fcyece\u011fini duyurdu. Duyurunun ard\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn bir araya gelen \u00f6\u011fretmenlere polis m\u00fcdahale etti.
