Birle\u015fik Metal \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc oldu\u011fu Purmo Group i\u015fyerinde, toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin anla\u015fmazl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 nedeniyle 8 May\u0131s’ta greve gidilmi\u015fti. Sendikan\u0131n d\u00fcn patronla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede sa\u011flanan anla\u015fma \u00fczerine grev kazan\u0131mla sona erdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sendika \u00fcyesi 100 dolay\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7inin bulundu\u011fu fabrikada 1 Ocak’ta ba\u015flayan T\u0130S g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde sendikan\u0131n \u00fccretlere y\u00fczde 120 zam talebine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, fabrika y\u00f6netimi y\u00fczde 72 zam teklif etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sendikadan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, anla\u015fmayla birlikte bu y\u0131l \u00fccretlerde temmuz ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 106 art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015f yerinde ortalama saat \u00fccretinin 157,72 liraya y\u00fckseldi\u011fi bilgisi verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yine yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re sosyal haklarda y\u00fczde 100 ile 290 aras\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131, May\u0131s ay\u0131ndan itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere ayda 1500 lira erzak fi\u015fi, 1200 lira yakacak yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
