Adil yarg\u0131laman\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130ran\u2019da, bir ka\u00e7 dakikal\u0131k duru\u015fmalarla da idam cezas\u0131 verilebiliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pex\u015fan Ez\u00eez\u00ee, 4 A\u011fustos 2023 tarihinde Tahran&#8217;\u0131n Harazi kasabas\u0131nda istihbarat g\u00fc\u00e7lerince g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, 11 Aral\u0131k 2023&#8217;te tutuklanarak i\u015fkencesiyle me\u015fhur Evin Cezaevi&#8217;ne konulmu\u015ftu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6rt ay\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcren g\u00f6zalt\u0131 s\u00fcresince a\u011f\u0131r ve sistematik i\u015fkenceye maruz kalan Pex\u015fan Ez\u00eez\u00ee, hukuki temsiliyet de dahil olmak \u00fczere temel haklar\u0131ndan mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.
