Befesa Silverment \u0130skenderun \u00c7elik Tozu Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc A.\u015e\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f\u2019e \u00fcye olmu\u015f yetki itiraz\u0131 sonucunda 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcren davan\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yetkiyi kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sendika ile i\u015fveren aras\u0131nda 12 \u015eubatta ba\u015flayan T\u0130S g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ise t\u0131kand\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3 y\u0131l s\u00fcren yetki mahkemesi nedeniyle toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme hakk\u0131ndan yararlanamayan, bu nedenle \u00fccretleri asgari \u00fccret seviyesine kadar gerileyen Befesa i\u015f\u00e7ileri greve \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler mevcut \u00fccretlere y\u00fczde 82 zam isterken i\u015fverenin teklifi ise y\u00fczde 27,7 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
