\u201cKatliam yasas\u0131\u201d olarak da an\u0131lan sokak hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin yolunu a\u00e7an kanun teklifi sabaha kar\u015f\u0131 Meclis\u2019ten ge\u00e7ti. 17 maddelik kanun teklifi AKP-MHP oylar\u0131yla 224 hay\u0131r oyuna kar\u015f\u0131 275 oyla kabul edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kanun\u2019daki \u201cyakala-k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r-sal\u201d metodunun kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u201chayvan bak\u0131mevi\u201d; yani bar\u0131nak tan\u0131m\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lacak. Bar\u0131naklar\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131, \u201cBakanl\u0131ktan izin al\u0131nmak suretiyle kurulan ve hayvanlar\u0131n sahiplendirilinceye kadar bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve rehabilite edildi\u011fi bir tesis\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel ise kanunun ge\u00e7mesinin ard\u0131ndan kanunu Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne g\u00f6t\u00fcreceklerini belirterek, \u201cBu bizim zaten g\u00f6revimiz. En k\u0131sa zamanda ve y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma talebiyle bunu yapaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi. Asla bu kanunun \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc talimat\u0131na uymayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6zel, \u201cBundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te daha \u00e7ok bar\u0131nak yapmaya, a\u015f\u0131lamaya, k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ve sahiplendirmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00fczerimize ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorsa fazlas\u0131yla yapaca\u011f\u0131z. Ama bu y\u00fck\u00fcn belediye g\u00fcc\u00fcyle ve bu kadar olanaks\u0131zl\u0131klar i\u00e7inde tam olarak yerine getirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bundan sonra \u00e7\u0131kacak her olumsuzluktan bug\u00fcnk\u00fc sorumsuz yasama anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 sorumludur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
