Tar\u0131m arazilerinin tar\u0131msal ama\u00e7l\u0131 kiraya verilmesine ili\u015fkin Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, Hazine\u2019nin \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyetinde veya devletin h\u00fck\u00fcm ve tasarrufu alt\u0131nda bulunan tar\u0131m arazilerini kapsam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a kiraya verilecek tar\u0131m arazilerinin rayi\u00e7 kira bedelini tespit etmek ve kiralama i\u015flemlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla bir komisyon kurulacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan\u0131 \u0130brahim Yumakl\u0131 X hesab\u0131ndan payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6nderide d\u00fczenleme ile \u201ctar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin etkinli\u011finin artt\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d iddia etti.
