Gazetecilerin cezaevi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda dahi yazmaya devam edecekleri belirtilen raporda, \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cGazeteciler, tutuklulu\u011fun sadece kendilerine d\u00f6n\u00fck bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, halk\u0131n haber alma hakk\u0131n\u0131n da k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015flerdir. Bunun, hak ihlallerine maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve onlarca ya\u015fam\u0131n, u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hak arama m\u00fccadelesi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f olan insanlara d\u00f6n\u00fck de bir m\u00fcdahale oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini belirtmi\u015flerdir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutsak gazetecilerin s\u00f6zlerine de yer verilen raporun sonu\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131nda Mandela Kurallar\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. Tutuklular\u0131n d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnya ile ili\u015fkilerinin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in aile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra arkada\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, mektup, faks gibi ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan faydalanabilmesi gerekti\u011fi ve bunun tutuklular\u0131n ruhsal ve soysal iyilik halleri i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekildi.
