AYM\u2019nin karar\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirme k\u0131sm\u0131nda \u015funlar denildi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Ya\u015fam hakk\u0131n\u0131n kamu g\u00f6revlilerince ihlal edildi\u011fi gibi ciddi bir iddia \u00fczerine ba\u015flat\u0131lan yarg\u0131laman\u0131n olay\u0131n \u00fczerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen bitmemesi hatta failin dahi tespit edilememesi soru\u015fturman\u0131n makul s\u00fcrede nihayete erdirilemedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir.
