Afet y\u00f6netimi ve kriz s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin bilimsel ve teknik temellere dayanmadan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, iktidar\u0131n siyasi propagandaya \u00f6ncelik verdi\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, deprem sonras\u0131 arama kurtarma faaliyetlerindeki eksikliklere dikkat \u00e7ekildi. Usta, \u201cDepremzedeler, enkaz alt\u0131ndaki yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarabilmek i\u00e7in ne bir arama kurtarma timine ne de gerekli te\u00e7hizata ula\u015fabildiler\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ad\u0131r satma skandal\u0131na da de\u011finilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cAFAD\u2019\u0131n yetersizli\u011fine, K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019\u0131n skandallar\u0131 eklendi\u201d ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, deprem sonras\u0131 hukuki s\u00fcrecin de i\u015fletilemedi\u011fini belirterek, dava a\u00e7ma maliyetlerinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 ve kamu g\u00f6revlileri de dahil olmak \u00fczere sorumlular\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmamas\u0131 nedeniyle yurtta\u015flar\u0131n hak arama konusunda g\u00fcvensizlik ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. \u201cHukuka olan g\u00fcvensizlik, davalar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve hak aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda say\u0131sal olarak g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe neden oldu\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n sonunda, afet y\u00f6netiminde bilim ve kamusal denetimin esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurgulanarak, \u201cBu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fanan felaketler gibi bundan sonra ya\u015fanacak felaketlerin de sorumlulu\u011fu AKP iktidar\u0131ndad\u0131r\u201d denildi. Depremzedelerin bar\u0131nma, sa\u011fl\u0131k, g\u0131da ve su gibi en temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn rant politikalar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilerek toplum yarar\u0131na politikalar uygulanmas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
