Hopa&#8217;da HES&#8217;leri anlatmak i\u00e7in topland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Hac\u0131yakupo\u011flu eylemde \u00e7ok fazla gaz at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Tan\u0131klar\u0131n dinlenmesinin ard\u0131ndan Metin Lokumcu\u2019nun o\u011flu Ula\u015f Lokumcu&#8217;ya s\u00f6z verildi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ula\u015f Lokumcu, \u015eebnem Korur Fincanc\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n olay\u0131 \u00e7ok net \u015fekilde anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, tan\u0131klar\u0131n Metin Lokumcu hakk\u0131nda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201c\u00f6nderlik\u201d ifadesi ile ilgili konu\u015ftu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lokumcu ailesinin avukatlar\u0131ndan \u0130zmir Barosu&#8217;ndan avukat \u00d6zkan Y\u00fccel, hi\u00e7bir tan\u0131\u011f\u0131n Metin Lokumcu&#8217;nun sald\u0131rgan oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemedi\u011fini belirterek \u201c\u0130ktidar bir yerde mitingini yaparken bir tarafta ba\u015fka s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyemeyecek miyiz?\u201d diye sordu. \u201cBir kolluk g\u00f6revlisi da\u011f\u0131l\u0131n dedi\u011fi da\u011f\u0131lmak zorunda m\u0131y\u0131z?\u201d diyen Y\u00fccel kay\u0131tlar\u0131 izlemeyi \u00f6nerdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahkeme heyeti ifadelerin ard\u0131ndan karar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
