K\u00fcrt sorununun \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc\u201d temelinde ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler, PKK lideri A. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n 27 \u015eubat 2025 tarihli \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6neme\u00e7 alm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha \u00f6ncede \u00e7e\u015fitli vesilelerle bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 hakk\u0131nda silah elde sava\u015fanlar, silah\u0131 b\u0131rakmakta, bu sava\u015fta bar\u0131\u015f masas\u0131na oturmakta da, bu onun \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradesi, tercihi. Ezilen ulusun kendi ulusal kaderi hakk\u0131nda karar vermekte kendi iradesidir. Ancak ezilen ulusun tercihleri ve y\u00f6nelimi biz ezen ulus devrimcilerince M-L uluslar\u0131n kendi kaderini tayin etme hakk\u0131 perspektifi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ko\u015fulsuz destektir. Ancak bununla birlikte ya\u015fananlar ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 her iki cephedeki geli\u015fmeler ve duru\u015f noktas\u0131nda dostane uyar\u0131 ve ele\u015ftirilerimizde ifade etmek, tarihe not d\u00fc\u015fmek en do\u011fal hakimiz ve g\u00f6revimizdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u0131l konuya d\u00f6necek olursak Selahattin Demirta\u015f\u2019\u0131n son yaz\u0131s\u0131 (&#8220;Korkma! Bar\u0131\u015f&#8221;) ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde durmak istiyoruz. Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te salt Selahattin de\u011fil baz\u0131 K\u00fcrt siyaset\u00e7i ve ayd\u0131nlar \u00e7ubu\u011fu oldu\u011fundan fazla terste b\u00fckmeyi, kendi ulusal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini unutup T\u00fcrkiye sevdal\u0131lar\u0131 olmakta yar\u0131\u015fmaktalar. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018\u2019B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkiye, K\u00fcrtlerinde devleti\u2019\u2019 vb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle a\u00e7\u0131k fa\u015fizmin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fularda \u015feriat\u00e7\u0131 fa\u015fist devlet halk\u0131n de\u011fil bir avu\u00e7 az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve emperyalist haydutlar\u0131n devleti, onlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsal \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n kollay\u0131c\u0131, korucusudur onlar\u0131n temsilcisidir. Onlar\u0131n bask\u0131 arac\u0131d\u0131r. Cumhuriyetin kurulu\u015funda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze bu devlet bask\u0131, asimilasyon, ink\u00e2rc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, tek millet tek bayrak da somutla\u015fan \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131, tek\u00e7i fa\u015fist bir devlettir. Halklar\u0131n ve az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n, eme\u011fiyle ge\u00e7inenlerin, herg\u00fcn sokakta, evde i\u015fyerinde katledilen tacize u\u011frayan, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, geleceks\u0131zle\u015ft\u0131r\u0131len gen\u00e7li\u011fin, tac\u0131z tecav\u00fcze maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, ya\u011fmalanan do\u011fan\u0131n devleti de\u011fil.&nbsp; Halk\u0131na silah \u00e7eken, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vah\u015feti reva g\u00f6ren, \u015fiddetle kendisini ayakta tutan fa\u015fist bir devlettir. Ama asla ama asla halklar\u0131n devleti de\u011fil. Belki bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Selahattin\u2019in devleti olabilir ama halklar\u0131n, emek\u00e7ilerin K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n, yok say\u0131lan az\u0131nl\u0131k ve farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lar\u0131n asla devleti de\u011fil\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHi\u00e7bir K\u00fcrt T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olmayacak, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrtlerin devleti olacak\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmanl\u0131dan T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyetin kurulu\u015fu s\u00fcrecine kadar K\u00fcrtler hep h\u00e2kim ulusla hareket etiler onun yaninda durdular. Sonu\u00e7 aya\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flam yere basar basmaz kurulan cumhuriyet ba\u015fta K\u00fcrtler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 yok sayarak asimilasyon, bask\u0131, kimli\u011fini ink\u00e2r\u0131 ve ilhak etmeyi temel almad\u0131 m\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan\u0131 i\u015fgal eden s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftiren, onun kimli\u011fini k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yok say\u0131p T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vah\u015feti Selahattin Demirta\u015f\u2019ta bizim kadar biliyor. Peki bu durmada bask\u0131, asimilasyon alt\u0131nda olan ezilen ulusun kendi hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmas\u0131 h\u00e2kim ulusa d\u00fc\u015fman olmak mi oluyor, yoksa d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kendisini savunmak mi? Kimli\u011fine, topra\u011f\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak m\u0131?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGe\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Anadolu\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman halklar\u0131n ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda kurulan yeni cumhuriyet K\u00fcrtleri d\u0131\u015flay\u0131nca, K\u00fcrtler buna tepki olarak isyan hareketlerine giri\u015ftiler. 1925\u2019teki \u015eeyh Said isyan\u0131ndan, son isyan PKK hareketine kadar irili ufakl\u0131 20\u2019den fazla isyanla kendi y\u00f6netimlerini, devletlerini kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan K\u00fcrtler, bunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre boyunca devlet de t\u00fcm\u00fcyle bir \u201cT\u00fcrk devleti\u201d \u015feklinde in\u015fa edildi, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir devlete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. K\u00fcrtler kendi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z devletlerini kuramad\u0131lar ama asimilasyona, yok edilmeye kar\u015f\u0131 da direnip ayakta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131lar. Aradan y\u00fcz y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti ve K\u00fcrtler \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle Trakya\u2019dan Anadolu\u2019ya her \u015fehre, her il\u00e7eye da\u011f\u0131l\u0131p yerle\u015ftiler, buralar\u0131 yurt edinecek kadar \u201cyerli\u201d hale geldiler.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihsan nerede tutacak, ne diyecek ger\u00e7ekte zorlan\u0131yor bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen HDP e\u015f ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt ulusunun savunusunu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu u\u011furda m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi i\u00e7in siyasi rehine olarak cezaevinde tutuklanan Selahattin mi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n her feda eyleminde arkas\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 liberalizm ve uzla\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131n r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131yla \u2018ayar vermeye\u2019 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan fa\u015fist devlete ve onun i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i partilerinde \u00f6nce \u2018k\u0131nayan\u2019 Selahattin san\u0131r\u0131z fabrika ayarlar\u0131na d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle tarih boyunca bir\u00e7ok ulus y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ulusal kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesinde yenilgiye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f, (ki K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi bodurumda de\u011fil) devletle\u015fememi\u015ftir. Ama bu durumda kendisini ezen yok etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ezen ulusa intikal etmemi\u015f, yeniden yeniden m\u00fccadeleye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kincisi K\u00fcrtler isteyerek mi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her yanina da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131lar? B\u00f6lgenin bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilikle y\u00f6netilmesi uygulanan ulusal bask\u0131 bir yana yak\u0131lan y\u0131k\u0131lan k\u00f6yler, zorla yerinde yurdunda edilen yoksul K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 zorunlu olarak topraklar\u0131n\u0131 terk etmi\u015ftir. Bu durumu \u201cK\u00fcrtler her yere da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131lar\u201d diyerek ozaman s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci devlete tabi olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemek nasil izah edile bilinir ki? Emperyalist s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilerin masada \u00e7izdikleri haritayla K\u00fcrt ulusunu stat\u00fcs\u00fcz b\u0131rakarak d\u00f6rt par\u00e7aya ay\u0131rmas\u0131 her halde K\u00fcrtlerin tercihi de\u011fildi. Ve d\u00f6rt par\u00e7an\u0131n hangisinde K\u00fcrtler toplu olarak bir arada ya\u015famaktad\u0131r? Hakim devlet politikas\u0131, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik ve K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerine uygulanan bask\u0131 i\u015fsizlik vb vb nedenlerden d\u00f6rt par\u00e7ada da ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkede her yere yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrklerden ve devletten, devleti de K\u00fcrtlerden ve T\u00fcrklerden ay\u0131rmak, ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak imkans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131. Bu demografik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik ve siyasi i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7me durumunu Suriye, \u0130ran ve Irak\u2019ta g\u00f6remezsiniz. Oralarda halen b\u00f6lgesel bir homojenlik s\u00f6z konusudur. Oysa T\u00fcrkiye sosyolojisi, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle di\u011fer \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclkeden a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunu yazan K\u00fcrt ulusunun yabanc\u0131s\u0131 olsa anlamak bir yere kadar m\u00fcmk\u00fcnde bunu s\u00f6yleyen Selahattin olunca \u00f6yle bakam\u0131yorsun, Suriye\u2019de \u015eam ve \u00e7evresinde ki ilerin varo\u015flar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusunun yar\u0131s\u0131 kadard\u0131r. Keza Irak\u2019ta Ba\u011fdat \u00e7evresinde keza durum farkl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ayni durum \u0130ran\u2019da ki K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7erli. \u015eimdi bu mant\u0131kla yakla\u015facak olursak o zaman d\u00f6rt par\u00e7ada da K\u00fcrtler ezen ulusun b\u00f6lgelerine yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yerle\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in artik bir birinde ay\u0131rmak mumkun de\u011fil diyece\u011fiz ve ulusal kimlikte vaz ge\u00e7ip hakim ulusa mi tabi olunacak?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYeni T\u00fcrk \u2013 K\u00fcrt ittifak\u0131 bu temelde \u015fekillenip geli\u015fecek ve bu yeni durum Suriye, Irak ve \u0130ran K\u00fcrtlerini de olumlu etkileyecek. Art\u0131k hi\u00e7bir K\u00fcrt, bulundu\u011fu devletin de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131, tehdidi olmayacak. T\u00fcrkiye gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir devlet de esas\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrtlerin devleti olacak.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck devlet\u201d vb bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz Selahattin yaln\u0131zca T\u00fcrkiye denen a\u00e7\u0131k hapishane s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ki K\u00fcrtleri de\u011fil d\u00f6rt par\u00e7ay\u0131 \u201cezen ulusa boyun e\u011fin, kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131n\u201d onu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc devlet yap\u0131n\u201d, d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k yapmay\u0131n o sizin de devletiniz\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkiye devleti\u201d tespitini bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131rsak, ezilen, i\u015fgal, bask\u0131 asimilasyon alt\u0131nda olan bir ulusun hakim s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci ulusa onun hakim s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015f kald\u0131rmas\u0131, m\u00fccadelesini d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k olarak de\u011ferlendirmek, artik bu kadar da fazla demeden edemiyor insan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrtlerimi s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci T\u00fcrk devletine d\u00fc\u015fman oldu yoksa s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeciler mi ezilen, yok say\u0131lan, ink\u00e2r edilen K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binlerce faali me\u00e7hul, asit kuyular\u0131na at\u0131lan, canli canli yak\u0131lan K\u00fcrtler, yak\u0131lan y\u0131k\u0131lan k\u00f6yler ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilen yoksul K\u00fcrt halk\u0131, k\u00f6y meydanlar\u0131na toplad\u0131klar\u0131 halk\u0131 \u00e7\u0131r\u0131l \u00e7\u0131plak soyarak i\u015fkencede ge\u00e7irilip insan pisli\u011fi yedirilenler. Bunlar\u0131 s\u0131ralamaya kalkarsak sayfalar yetmez. \u015eimdi kim kime d\u00fc\u015fman acaba?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha birde \u201ckimse devletine silah s\u0131kmaz\u201d ezen ezilen, i\u015fgal, asimilasyon, katliam, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik saymakla bitmez. Ve bunun tepesinde bir devlet bu kimin devleti? Egemenlerin bask\u0131 ayg\u0131t\u0131 olan, yokluk yoksullu\u011fu, bir ulusu, farkl\u0131 az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131 yok sayan, onlar\u0131 asimle etmek i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vah\u015feti uygulayan devlete de\u011fil mi? K\u00fcrt isyanlar\u0131n ve senin de do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn co\u011frafya Dersimde de \u201cdevlete silah s\u0131kt\u0131lar\u201d \u00f6ylemi, nasil silah s\u0131karlar kendi devletine \u00f6ylemi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok \u015fey s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ama insan ger\u00e7ekte zorlan\u0131yor. Diyarbak\u0131r zindan\u0131n\u0131n dili olsa sana ne der bilmeyiz (iyi biliriz) insaf diyoruz. Bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fan\u0131yor e\u011frisi do\u011frusu ile de bu kadarda \u00e7ubu\u011fu terste b\u00fck\u00fcp zul\u00fcm alt\u0131nda olan, onca bedel \u00f6deyenlerin ruhun bu kadarda par\u00e7alama.
