Deniz’in y\u00fcz\u00fcnde ve v\u00fccudunda hala morluk ve \u015fi\u015flikler var. Bu i\u015fkenceler s\u0131ras\u0131nda “\u0130nsanl\u0131k Onuru \u0130\u015fkenceyi Yenecek” diye slogan atan Deniz \u015eah’\u0131 gardiyanlar makat\u0131ndan elleri ile taciz ediyorlar, “Bak onur falan b\u0131rakmad\u0131k. Sende art\u0131k onursuzsun.” diyerek Deniz’e i\u015fkence yapmaya ve yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 savunmaya devam etmi\u015flerdir. Deniz’e kullanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi halde ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ve e\u015fyalar\u0131 verilmemi\u015ftir. Deniz \u015eah, i\u015fkence ve taciz olaylar\u0131ndan sonra gardiyanlar taraf\u0131ndan getirilen yeme\u011fi ‘O ahlaks\u0131z ellerinizden hi\u00e7bir \u015fey almam.’ diyerek geri \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
25 Ocak g\u00fcn\u00fc mahkemeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclen Deniz \u015eah mahkemede ona yap\u0131lan i\u015fkenceyi te\u015fhir etmi\u015f ve bir an \u00f6nce Adli T\u0131p Kurumuna sevk edilmeyi istemi\u015ftir, ancak mahkeme heyeti morluklar\u0131 g\u00f6rmesine ra\u011fmen kabul etmemi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
