Yerlikaya, sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Buradan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a uyar\u0131yoruz: Gen\u00e7lerimizi, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kimse kendi siyasi emellerine kalkan yapmaya kalkmas\u0131n. Bunun vebalini sadece siyasi de\u011fil, hukuki olarak da kimse \u00f6deyemez” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Anayasa\u2019m\u0131z\u0131n 34. Maddesi: \u201cHerkes \u00f6nceden izin almadan, S\u0130LAHSIZ ve SALDIRISIZ toplant\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc d\u00fczenleme hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Toplant\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc hakk\u0131 ancak, mill\u00ee g\u00fcvenlik, kamu d\u00fczeni, su\u00e7 i\u015flenmesinin \u00f6nlenmesi, genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve genel ahl\u00e2k\u0131n veya ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla ve kanunla s\u0131n\u0131rlanabilir. Ancak son g\u00fcnlerde baz\u0131 \u00e7evreler; toplant\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc hakk\u0131n\u0131 istismar ederek, kamu d\u00fczenini bozma giri\u015fimlerinde bulunuyor, sokak olaylar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckleyerek polisimize sald\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu t\u00fcr eylemler, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n huzur ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini bozmaya y\u00f6neliktir. G\u00f6sterilerde 123 polisimiz yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu eylemlerde asit, ta\u015f, sopa, havai fi\u015fek, molotof, balta ve b\u0131\u00e7ak ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Polisimize sald\u0131ran, kamu mal\u0131na zarar veren, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehdit edenler hakk\u0131nda yasal i\u015flemler devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
19 Mart-23 Mart 2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 eylemlerde 1.133 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yakalananlar aras\u0131nda 12 farkl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcyle iltisakl\u0131 olan \u015fah\u0131slar belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n, aralar\u0131nda \u2018Uyu\u015fturucu\u2019, H\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019, \u2018Doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k\u2019, \u2018Cinsel Taciz\/\u0130stismar\u2019, \u2018Kasten Yaralama\u2019 gibi su\u00e7lar\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu 17 farkl\u0131 su\u00e7tan adli i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Buradan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a uyar\u0131yoruz: Gen\u00e7lerimizi, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kimse kendi siyasi emellerine kalkan yapmaya kalkmas\u0131n. Huzur ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin tesisi i\u00e7in her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi g\u00f6revimizin ba\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z. Sokaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ter\u00f6rize edilmesine, milletimizin huzur ve g\u00fcvenli\u011finin tehdit edilmesine kesinlikle m\u00fcsamaha g\u00f6sterilmeyecektir.
