Ceza Dairesi ba\u015fvurular\u0131n k\u0131smen reddine karar vererek, &#8220;bilin\u00e7li taksirle birden fazla ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne ve yaralanmas\u0131na neden olma&#8221; su\u00e7undan san\u0131klar fabrika sahiplerinden Ya\u015far C. ve Ali R\u0131za Ergen\u00e7 C&#8217;nin 16 y\u0131l \u00fc\u00e7er ay, Hasan Ali V&#8217;nin 12 y\u0131l 6 ay ve tutuksuz san\u0131klar Er\u015fan \u00d6, Asiye A, Asl\u0131 B. ve Ahmet \u00c7&#8217;nin 6 y\u0131l sekizer ay hapis cezas\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 hukuka uygun buldu.
