Hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin teminat\u0131 olmas\u0131 gereken yarg\u0131n\u0131n bunun aksine bask\u0131 arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini kabul etmeyiz.
