Tosun, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de a\u011f\u0131r insan haklar\u0131 ihlallerine kar\u015f\u0131 hukukun i\u015fletilmedi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cFailler yarg\u0131dan muaf tutuluyor ya da cezaland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131yor. Bu y\u00fczden 1047 haftad\u0131r buraday\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anayasa Mahkemesi ise ba\u015fvuruyu s\u00fcre y\u00f6n\u00fcnden reddetti.
