Kongresi\u2019ne sundu\u011fu \u201cyeni paradigma\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 da bu ideolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmenin somut bir d\u0131\u015favurumudur. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, ulusal kurtulu\u015fun devrimci potansiyelinden de\u011fil; sistem i\u00e7i entegrasyonun, teslimiyetin ve devrimci kopu\u015ftan ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131n yeni bi\u00e7imlerinden biridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n sonucu olarak 12. kongrede PKK kendisini fesederken 11 Temmuz\u2019da bir gurup sembolik olarak silah\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131. Ancak bu konuya fazla girmeden silah b\u0131rakma merasimine kat\u0131lan gerillalar\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcnde mutlu ve zafer kazanm\u0131\u015f sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ifadesi yoktu. Her biri \u00e7ok \u00fczg\u00fcn ve yenilgiye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131t\u0131yordu. Buda gerillan\u0131n s\u00fcreci isteyerek, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirerek bu ad\u0131m\u0131 atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n somut ifadesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marksizm, ezilen uluslar\u0131n kendi kaderini tayin hakk\u0131n\u0131 ko\u015fulsuz bi\u00e7imde tan\u0131r ve destekler. Ancak bu hak, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelelerinden, \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerinden ve halk\u0131n maddi kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesinden kopar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, devrimci de\u011fil, reformist bir araca d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Lenin\u2019in, Stalin\u2019in ve uluslararas\u0131 proletaryan\u0131n tarihsel deneyimi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: Ulusal kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadeleleri ancak proletaryan\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011finde, burjuva milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finden ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuva uzla\u015fmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan koparak devrimci anlam kazanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PKK\u2019nin ilk d\u00f6nem politik \u00e7izgisi, bu tarihsel \u00e7er\u00e7eveye daha yak\u0131nd\u0131. K\u00fcrt ulusal sorunu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki genel s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesiyle birlikte ele al\u0131n\u0131yor; K\u00fcrt emek\u00e7ileri ve gen\u00e7li\u011fi silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye kitlesel bi\u00e7imde kat\u0131l\u0131yor, devrimci perspektif bu kat\u0131l\u0131m \u00fczerinden besleniyordu. Ancak bug\u00fcn \u201cdemokratik modernite\u201d, \u201canlam do\u011fas\u0131\u201d, \u201ctoplumsal do\u011fa\u201d, \u201ckom\u00fcnal toplum\u201d, \u201cdemokratik sosyalizm\u201d gibi Marksist kavramlarla ilgisi olmayan teorik kurgular \u00fczerinden s\u0131n\u0131f eksenli m\u00fccadele tahrip edilmekte, diyalektik materyalizmin yerine idealist ve mistik bir metafizik ge\u00e7irilmektedir. M\u00fccadele art\u0131k s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnden de\u011fil, sembolik anlat\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ibaret hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDemokratik uygarl\u0131k sistemi\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen bu teorik yap\u0131, ezilen halklar\u0131n \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerindeki somut konumunu perdeleyerek s\u0131n\u0131f s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Oysa ger\u00e7ek kurtulu\u015f; etnik kimliklerin tan\u0131nmas\u0131yla de\u011fil, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyetin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Tarihsel materyalizm bu konuda nettir: Halk\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, s\u0131n\u0131f tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla sa\u011flan\u0131r. Oysa \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n teorik \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde halk, devrimin \u00f6znesi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p bir anlat\u0131n\u0131n edilgen nesnesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Kavramlar \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131k\u00e7a pratik devrimcilik zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015f, teorik soyutlama ger\u00e7ek politik g\u00f6revlerin yerine ikame edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u201ckongreyi feshedin\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ise \u00f6rg\u00fctsel demokrasiyle de\u011fil, ki\u015fisel hikmetle a\u00e7\u0131klanabilecek bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Bu, kolektif karar mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015flayan, tarihsel materyalizmin temel ilkeleriyle \u00e7eli\u015fen bir anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cMarks, Engels, Lenin art\u0131k ge\u00e7ersizdir, onlar\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131m\u201d \u015feklindeki iddialar ise bilimsel temelden yoksun, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir hi\u00e7bir kuramsal derinlik ta\u015f\u0131mayan s\u00f6ylemlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devrimler bireylerin sezgileriyle de\u011fil; s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, halk\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc ve tarihsel zorunlulukla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Ki\u015fisel karizma ve sezgiye indirgenen her m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131, halk\u0131n iradesini bast\u0131r\u0131r, devrimci imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 bo\u011far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cK\u00fcrt ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi moderniteyle birlikte sona erdi\u201d diyen yakla\u015f\u0131m; Ko\u00e7giri\u2019den \u015eeyh Said\u2019e, Zilan\u2019dan Dersim\u2019e, Mahabad\u2019dan Botan\u2019a, Rojava\u2019dan Qandil\u2019e kadar uzanan direni\u015f \u00e7izgisini ki\u015fisel mitolojiye feda etmektedir. Oysa Marksist perspektiften devrim, s\u00fcreklili\u011fi olan bir halk prati\u011fidir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fin isyanlar\u0131 bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131n\u0131n tarihsel k\u00f6kleridir. Bu haf\u0131zay\u0131 silmek, halk\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 silmektir. Haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 yitiren bir halk y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kaybeder. Devrimci \u00e7izgi ise ancak tarihsel bilin\u00e7 ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal irade temelinde yeniden kurulabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn PKK \u00e7izgisinde ya\u015fanan y\u00f6nelim, sistemin \u201cTer\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye\u201d, s\u00f6ylemini \u0131srarla vurgularken PKK ve DEM\u2019in \u201cbar\u0131\u015f ve demokratik toplum\u201d, \u201casr\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131\u201d, \u201ckom\u00fcnal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme\u201d, \u201cKom\u00fcnalist&nbsp;toplum\u201d gibi kavramlarla tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 restorasyon s\u00fcreciyle paralel ilerlemektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00e7arp\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Alevi inanc\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok halksal, inan\u00e7sal \u00f6\u011feye kar\u015f\u0131 d\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131, zaman zaman a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ifadelerle kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r \u00d6calan taraf\u0131nda. Geli\u015fen tepkiler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda amali, fakatli izahatlar ise bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi yok edememektedir. \u201cSilahl\u0131 m\u00fccadelenin misyonu tamamland\u0131\u201d, \u201cbar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm esast\u0131r\u201d t\u00fcr\u00fcnden s\u00f6ylemler halk\u0131n de\u011fil, egemenlerin s\u00f6ylemleridir. Oysa ne K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r ne i\u015f\u00e7iler \u00f6zg\u00fcrd\u00fcr ne de s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sona ermi\u015ftir, nede PKK\u2019n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ve u\u011fruna m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi hedefe ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. B\u00f6yle bir durumda devrimci \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6revini tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmek, a\u00e7\u0131k bir s\u0131n\u0131fsal teslimiyettir. Bu, halk\u0131 m\u00fccadele d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakmak, devrimci olanaklar\u0131 sistem i\u00e7i taleplerle s\u0131n\u0131rlamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci\u201d ad\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan reformcu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 enkaz ortadad\u0131r: Hasta tutsaklar serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmad\u0131, halk kriminalize edildi, devrimci \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler tasfiye edildi, m\u00fccadele pasifle\u015ftirildi. Bu yaln\u0131zca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil, Latin Amerika\u2019dan Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya kadar emperyalist merkezlerin yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131-devrimci stratejinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r: Direni\u015fi silahs\u0131zland\u0131r, yal\u0131t, entegre et. Bug\u00fcn Rojava\u2019da halk\u0131n kendi kaderini tayin hakk\u0131, emperyal \u00e7\u0131karlarla belirlenen s\u0131n\u0131rlara indirgenmi\u015f, devrimci niteli\u011fini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yitirmi\u015ftir. Bu durum, Marksist teori a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ulusal m\u00fccadelenin emperyal sistemle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ferek devrimci karakterini kaybetmesi anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son d\u00f6nemde s\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirilen \u201culus-devlet d\u00f6nemi sona erdi\u201d s\u00f6ylemi de bu ideolojik sapman\u0131n ba\u015fka bir boyutudur. Kapitalizm ve emperyalizm varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fcrece, ulus-devletler de bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc arac\u0131 olarak ya\u015famaya devam eder. Ulus-devletin yerine \u00f6nerilen \u201cdemokratik konfederalizm\u201d, \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerini d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmedi\u011fi ve s\u0131n\u0131f tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ortadan kald\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece devrimci de\u011fil, liberal bir projedir. Bu s\u00f6ylem, emperyalizmin yerel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen post-modern paradigmas\u0131n\u0131n yerel izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Oysa Marksizm, ara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri de\u011fil, iktidar sorununu devrimci bi\u00e7imde \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi hedefler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi tarihsel bir yol ayr\u0131m\u0131ndad\u0131r: Ya s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesiyle birle\u015fen, silahl\u0131 direni\u015fi stratejik bir d\u00fczleme ta\u015f\u0131yan devrimci bir kopu\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek ya da m\u00fccadele, sistem i\u00e7i uyum projelerine entegre edilerek etkisizle\u015ftirilecektir. Ger\u00e7ek kurtulu\u015f; halk \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131f ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden kurulmas\u0131 ve halk\u0131n kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanan devrimci bir programla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
