Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Numan Kurtulmu\u015f, Meclis\u2019te yap\u0131lan komisyonun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131nda usul ve esaslara ili\u015fkin 12 maddelik taslak sundu. Bu maddelerden biri komisyonun ismi ile ilgiliydi. Muhalefet bu isme kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Muhalefetin kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile birlikte Kurtulmu\u015f ve siyasi partilerin koordinat\u00f6rleri \u00f6zel bir toplant\u0131 d\u00fczenledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplant\u0131 sonras\u0131 maddelerde baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklere gidildi. Ancak komisyonun ismi de\u011fi\u015fmedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhalefet, 12 maddelik taslakta yer alan baz\u0131 ibarelere de kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130lk be\u015f maddede \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131lmazken 6\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 maddede ise \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik oldu. Madde ilk hali ile, \u201cKararlar toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n be\u015fte \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ile al\u0131n\u0131r\u201d ifadesini ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Ancak yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklik ile bu ibare, \u201cKararlar \u00fcye tam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n be\u015fte \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ile al\u0131n\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7\u2019inci madde de ise \u201cKomisyon, gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hallerde tutanak tutulmas\u0131na da karar verebilir\u201d \u015feklinde yer alan ibare, \u201cKapal\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan toplant\u0131lar\u0131n kararlar\u0131 gizlidir\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taslak daha sonra komisyona sunuldu.
