Depremzede bir vatanda\u015f\u0131n evine girebilecek bir pozisyonu yokken ve daha sonra sunulacak kay\u0131tlardan da g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi \u00fczere evi ciddi \u015fekilde hasarl\u0131yken m\u00fcvekkili o eve t\u0131kmak istemek en basit tabiriyle ac\u0131mas\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.
