Program incelendi\u011finde tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k merkezini Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u201cyeni paradigma\u201d olarak form\u00fcle etti\u011fi ve \u0130mral\u0131 merkezli olarak \u015fekillenen, d\u00fczenle uyum arayan ideolojik hatt\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Konferans\u0131n, bu hatt\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak ve sol hareketin geni\u015f kesimlerini bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveye eklemlemek amac\u0131yla \u00f6zel olarak kurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sol hareketin baz\u0131 temsilcileri \u2014kendilerini Marksist-Leninist gelene\u011fin devam\u0131 saymalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen\u2014 konferansta ortaya koyduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerle \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n Marksizm-Leninizm\u2019i \u201ca\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken dogma\u201d olarak sunan yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n adeta dolgu malzemesi h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Bu tablo, uzun y\u0131llara yay\u0131lan ideolojik tasfiyecili\u011fin yeni bir evresine i\u015faret etmektedir. Konu\u015fmalarda \u201cyeni paradigman\u0131n\u201d s\u0131n\u0131f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u201cdemokratik toplum\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, devlet ve devrim kavram\u0131n\u0131n reddi, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesini merkezden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren tezler ve sosyalizmin tarihsel deneyimlerine y\u00f6nelik y\u00fczeysel ya da bilin\u00e7li \u00e7arp\u0131tmalar neredeyse tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bi\u00e7imde yeniden \u00fcretilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konferans boyunca pek \u00e7ok konu\u015fmac\u0131, Marksist-Leninist kuram\u0131n temel kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 tarihsel ba\u011flam\u0131ndan kopararak ele alm\u0131\u015f; sosyalist devrim teorisinin zorunlu \u00f6\u011felerini ya belirsizle\u015ftirmi\u015f ya da t\u00fcm\u00fcyle reddetmi\u015ftir. Bu, bir \u201cy\u00f6ntem hatas\u0131\u201d de\u011fil, bilin\u00e7li bir y\u00f6nelimdir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cyeni paradigma\u201d, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi yerine s\u0131n\u0131flar-aras\u0131 uzla\u015f\u0131y\u0131, devlet iktidar\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 yerine devlet-d\u0131\u015f\u0131 toplumsal a\u011flar\u0131n kurucu rol\u00fcn\u00fc, devrimci kopu\u015f yerine m\u00fczakereci d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc merkezine alan bir ideolojik \u00e7er\u00e7evedir. Bu nedenle Marksist-Leninist teoriyle uzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir; ancak onu reddederek var olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konferanstaki sol-sosyalist kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, K\u00fcrt hareketiyle y\u0131llara yay\u0131lan pragmatik ili\u015fkilerin sonucu olarak bu ideolojik y\u00f6nelime a\u00e7\u0131k ya da \u00f6rt\u00fck onay vermi\u015ftir. Bu tutum, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fru demokratik haklar\u0131yla dayan\u0131\u015fma ile K\u00fcrt hareketinin programatik \u00e7izgisine eklemlenme aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131n bilin\u00e7li bi\u00e7imde bulan\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Oysa anti-emperyalist ve anti-kapitalist dayan\u0131\u015fma, ulusal haklar\u0131n savunulmas\u0131 ve fa\u015fist sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ortak m\u00fccadele, herhangi bir hareketin ideolojik program\u0131na ba\u011flanmay\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lmaz. Fakat bug\u00fcn solun \u00f6nemli bir kesimi bu ayr\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6zetmez h\u00e2le gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marksist-Leninist oldu\u011funu iddia eden \u00e7evrelerin konferansta kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan ideolojik sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle sessiz kalmalar\u0131, yaln\u0131zca taktiksel bir suskunluk de\u011fil; solun kendi tarihsel birikiminden kopu\u015funun a\u00e7\u0131k bir g\u00f6stergesidir. Marksizmin \u201ceskidi\u011fi\u201d, \u201cyanl\u0131\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d ya da \u201ca\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki iddialar; s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesi teorisinin ge\u00e7ersiz ilan edilmesi; Ekim Devrimi\u2019nin tarihsel \u00f6neminin reddi; bilimsel sosyalizmin yerine s\u0131n\u0131f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u201cdemokratik modernite\u201dnin ge\u00e7irilmesi gibi sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda neredeyse hi\u00e7bir ideolojik yan\u0131t verilmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, soldaki teorik erozyonun geldi\u011fi d\u00fczeyi g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu\u015fmalarda Marksist y\u00f6ntemin yerine eklektik bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel yap\u0131 ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f; tarihsel ve toplumsal analizler s\u0131n\u0131fsal temelden kopar\u0131larak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve kimlik merkezli bir yakla\u015f\u0131ma indirgenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin konferans boyunca s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131lan \u201ckom\u00fcn\u201d kavram\u0131, toplumsal \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri i\u00e7inde kolektif bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme formu olarak de\u011fil, kimi durumlarda a\u015firet benzeri yap\u0131larla \u00f6zde\u015f bir toplumsal birliktelik olarak sunulmu\u015ftur. Kavramlar\u0131n bu \u015fekilde bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131, yeni ideolojik y\u00f6nelimin karakterini b\u00fct\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marksizm-Leninizm bir dogma de\u011fil, toplumsal geli\u015fmenin yasalar\u0131n\u0131 bilimsel bi\u00e7imde kavrayan ve somut ko\u015fullar\u0131n somut tahlili \u00fczerine kurulu devrimci bir y\u00f6ntemdir. Sorun Marksizmin \u201cg\u00fcncelli\u011fini yitirmesi\u201d de\u011fil, onu mekanik, \u015fematik ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 olmayan bi\u00e7imlerde uygulayanlar\u0131n yetersizli\u011fidir. Kapitalist-emperyalist sistemin d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda derinle\u015fen krizleri, sava\u015f ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yeni bi\u00e7imleri, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ili\u015fkilerinin a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fmas\u0131 ve emperyalist tahakk\u00fcm mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015flemesi, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekli\u011finin sosyalist devrim perspektifi olmadan kavranamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla g\u00f6stermektedir. Emperyalist \u00e7a\u011fda ulusal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi nesnel olarak anti-kapitalist bir karakter ta\u015f\u0131r; bu nedenle sosyalist devrim perspektifiyle ba\u011f kurulmadan ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyalizmin yerine reformu ikame etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm teoriler, kapitalizmin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden \u00e7eli\u015fkileri yumu\u015fatma hayaline dayan\u0131r. Tarihsel deneyim, bu t\u00fcr yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n her seferinde burjuva d\u00fczeninin yeniden \u00fcretimine hizmet etti\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn \u201cdemokratik sosyalizm\u201d, \u201cdemokratik modernite\u201d, \u201cdevlet-d\u0131\u015f\u0131 toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme\u201d gibi s\u00f6ylemlerle sunulan form\u00fcller de bu gelene\u011fin yeni bi\u00e7imleridir. Sermaye iktidar\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kma hedefini d\u0131\u015flayan hi\u00e7bir yakla\u015f\u0131m, ezilen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n kurtulu\u015funa hizmet edemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de emperyalizme ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ili\u015fkilerinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131sal t\u0131kanma, demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n kapitalist d\u00fczen ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenemeyece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve demokrasi m\u00fccadelesi dahi sosyalist devrim perspektifiyle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmek zorundad\u0131r. Bu ger\u00e7eklik, Marksizm-Leninizmin g\u00fcncelli\u011fini de\u011fil, zorunlu tarihsel rol\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frulamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, HDK konferans\u0131 sosyalizmi tart\u0131\u015fmak bir yana, sosyalizmin bilimsel temellerine y\u00f6nelmi\u015f sistematik bir tasfiye s\u00fcrecinin ideolojik platformu olarak i\u015flemi\u015ftir. Sol hareketin bu s\u00fcrece edilgen bi\u00e7imde eklemlenmesi, yaln\u0131zca teorik bir zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011fil, tarihsel misyonundan uzakla\u015fman\u0131n ifadesidir. Bug\u00fcn devrimci g\u00f6revin \u00f6z\u00fc, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesini yeniden merkeze alan, bilimsel sosyalizmin y\u00f6ntemini savunan ve burjuva ideolojisinin t\u00fcm varyantlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 keskin bir ideolojik m\u00fccadeleyi yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctlemektir.
