Tasar\u0131n\u0131n 5 Aral\u0131k\u2019ta kabul edilmesi ve 2026\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
