Yetkililerin failin \u00e7iftin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ye\u011feni oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi de\u011fi\u015ftirmedi; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sosyal zeminde biriken mezhep\u00e7i nefret, b\u00f6lgeye yerle\u015fmi\u015f gerici \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin ideolojik propagandas\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin Suriye\u2019yi kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda yeniden dizayn etme giri\u015fimleri \u00e7oktan provokasyonun altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Failin kurbanlar\u0131n kan\u0131yla sloganlar yazmas\u0131, olay\u0131n adli bir su\u00e7 olmaktan \u00e7ok, bir toplumun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hedef alan operasyonel bir zemine \u00e7ekilmek istendi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Alevi mahallelerinin ate\u015fe verilmesi, d\u00fckkanlar\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131, insanlar\u0131n evlerinden edilmesi, Lazkiye k\u0131rsal\u0131nda kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik ka\u00e7\u0131rma giri\u015fimlerinin artmas\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 bir Alevi kuryenin sipari\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcde farkl\u0131 olsa da ayn\u0131 politik akl\u0131n farkl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleridir: Alevi toplumunun tarihsel birikimini, sosyal a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve siyasal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131rmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n arka plan\u0131nda y\u0131llard\u0131r sahada mevzilenen HT\u015e ve benzeri mezhep\u00e7i yap\u0131lar bulunuyor. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctler, sadece askeri ara\u00e7lar \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, ideolojik bir nefret program\u0131 \u00fczerinden hareket ederek \u00f6zellikle Alevi kimli\u011fini d\u00fc\u015fmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgesel politikalar\u0131 ve sahadaki m\u00fcdahaleleri ise bu yap\u0131lara geni\u015f bir manevra alan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ya\u015fananlar \u201ckontrolden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f protesto\u201d de\u011fil, emperyalist m\u00fcdahaleler, yerel i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik ve mezhep\u00e7i \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin kesi\u015fim noktas\u0131nda \u015fekillenen b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir politik sald\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevi halk\u0131n\u0131n hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131, b\u00f6lgedeki tarihsel s\u00fcreklili\u011fi olan bask\u0131 ve yok sayma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n yeni bir halkas\u0131d\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan bug\u00fcne mezhep\u00e7i yap\u0131 modern Ortado\u011fu\u2019da radikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin s\u00f6ylemleriyle birle\u015fmi\u015f, sava\u015f s\u00fcrecinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015fluk i\u00e7inde daha sald\u0131rgan bir h\u00e2l alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn ya\u015fananlar bu tarihsel \u00e7izginin yaln\u0131zca g\u00fcncellenmi\u015f h\u00e2lidir. Aleviler, inan\u00e7lar\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haf\u0131zalar\u0131 ve tarihsel diren\u00e7 noktalar\u0131 nedeniyle b\u00f6lgedeki gerici g\u00fc\u00e7ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u201cd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gereken\u201d, emperyalist akt\u00f6rler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ise \u201ctasfiyesi faydal\u0131\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir toplumsal \u00f6zneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmek istenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda Suriye\u2019de son y\u0131llarda s\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirilen \u201centegrasyon\u201d politikalar\u0131n\u0131n Alevi toplumu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne anlama geldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: k\u00fclt\u00fcrel erozyon, siyasal temsilin daralt\u0131lmas\u0131, kimliksel \u00f6zelliklerin t\u00f6rp\u00fclenmesi ve toplumsal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n n\u00f6tralize edilmesi. Bu t\u00fcr bask\u0131c\u0131 entegrasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7leri radikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlere alan a\u00e7makta; devlet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, toplumsal dengelerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her momentte mezhep\u00e7i \u00e7eteler sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u201cme\u015fru operasyonlar\u201d gibi sunma cesareti bulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de baz\u0131 demokratik kurumlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r; fakat Alevilere y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu tepkilerin h\u00e2l\u00e2 c\u0131l\u0131z oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirmiyor. Sol-sosyalist yap\u0131lar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Alevi kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yeterince merkez\u00ee bir yere yerle\u015ftirilmemesi, uluslararas\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve genel demokratik kamuoyunun gecikmi\u015f tepkisi bu sessizli\u011fi derinle\u015ftiriyor. Oysa Alevilere yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131 yaln\u0131zca bir halk\u0131n de\u011fil, b\u00f6lgedeki laiklik zeminlerinin, halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fine dayal\u0131 toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n, demokratik haklar\u0131n ve anti-emperyalist hatt\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir sald\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, basit \u201cbar\u0131\u015f \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n\u201d \u00e7ok \u00f6tesindedir. Suriye\u2019de t\u00fcm farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k temelinde, demokratik ve sek\u00fcler bir y\u00f6netim i\u00e7inde g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 zorunluluktur. Mezhep\u00e7i, etnik\u00e7i veya tek\u00e7i hi\u00e7bir model; Alevilerin, Hristiyanlar\u0131n, S\u00fcnnilerin, Ezidilerin, K\u00fcrtlerin, Araplar\u0131n ya da di\u011fer t\u00fcm topluluklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrce var olabilece\u011fi bir zemin \u00fcretemez. Ancak sek\u00fcler, e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve halklar\u0131n kendi kimliklerini bask\u0131 g\u00f6rmeden ifade edebildi\u011fi bir siyasi d\u00fczen, bu co\u011frafyada kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ek bir olanak yaratabilir. Aksi durumda Suriye, bask\u0131 ve yok sayma \u00fczerine kurulu her y\u00f6netim modelinde oldu\u011fu gibi, katliamlar\u0131n, intikam siyasetinin ve i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7en mezhep\u00e7i \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yeniden tekrarland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir karanl\u0131\u011fa s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmeye devam eder. B\u00f6yle bir tablo yaln\u0131zca Aleviler i\u00e7in de\u011fil, t\u00fcm halklar i\u00e7in daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar, daha derin siyasal k\u0131r\u0131lmalar ve i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 giderek zorla\u015fan bir kaos anlam\u0131na gelecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle Alevi halk\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ses y\u00fckseltmek, yaln\u0131zca Alevilerin de\u011fil t\u00fcm b\u00f6lge halklar\u0131n\u0131n omzunda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihsel bir sorumluluktur. Uluslararas\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmek, mezhep\u00e7i \u00e7etelerin ve onlar\u0131 besleyen politik akl\u0131n te\u015fhir edilmesini sa\u011flamak, emperyalist m\u00fcdahalelerin b\u00f6lgedeki etkilerini ortaya koymak ve sek\u00fcler-demokratik bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm hatt\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek yaln\u0131zca etik bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6lgesel bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n temel ko\u015fuludur. Bug\u00fcn Humus\u2019ta, Lazkiye\u2019de ya da El-Zehra\u2019da ya\u015fananlar\u0131n sessizlik i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilmesine izin verilirse, yar\u0131n bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar \u00e7ok daha derin ve yayg\u0131n bir y\u0131k\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevi halk\u0131 tarih boyunca direni\u015f gelene\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yarak var olmu\u015ftur; ancak bu direni\u015fin ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca kendi i\u00e7 g\u00fcc\u00fcyle de\u011fil, b\u00f6lgedeki t\u00fcm ilerici, demokratik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc unsurlar\u0131n birlikte hareket etmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Suriye\u2019nin gelece\u011fi, halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerine kuruldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ayd\u0131nlanacakt\u0131r; aksi h\u00e2lde \u015fu an ya\u015fanan karanl\u0131k, co\u011frafyan\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekecek daha b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketlerin habercisi olmaya devam edecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Kamu Emek\u00e7ileri Sendikalar\u0131 Konfederasyonu (KESK), T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB) ve T\u00fcrk Tabipleri Birli\u011fi (TTB), Suriye\u2019nin k\u0131y\u0131 \u015fehirlerinde Alevilere y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen sald\u0131r\u0131lar \u00fczerine ortak bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yay\u0131mlayarak h\u00fck\u00fcmeti acilen uluslararas\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z soru\u015fturma mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 devreye sokmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, mezhep\u00e7i \u015fiddetin b\u00f6lgesel bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 tehdit etti\u011fi ve sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n karanl\u0131kta b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yeni provokasyonlara kap\u0131 aralayaca\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131yla e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak \u0130stanbul, Ankara, \u0130zmir ve Hatay ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok kentte demokratik kurumlar, Alevi \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve \u00e7e\u015fitli sol-sosyalist yap\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan protesto eylemleri d\u00fczenlendi. Ortak slogan, sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 sessiz kalmama \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 oldu.
