Raporda arama-kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan buyana kriz masas\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lanlar ifade edildi. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fi belirtildi. Raporda imar aff\u0131ndan denetimsizli\u011fe, acil toplanma yerlerinin yetersizli\u011finden \u00f6n hasar tespitinin \u00f6nemine kadar \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6nemli noktaya de\u011finildi.
