Bu karar, iktidar taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmayan i\u00e7erikler \u00fcreten t\u00fcm sosyal medya kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ve i\u00e7erik \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k bir tehdittir.
