Saray g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcndeki \u015eam h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, Halep\u2019in \u015eeyh Maksud ve E\u015frefiye mahallelerinde bulunan Suriye Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7leri\u2019ne (SDG) ait t\u00fcm askeri mevzilerin Suriye Arap Ordusu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u201cme\u015fru askeri hedef\u201d oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu a\u00e7\u0131klama, s\u00f6z konusu mahallelerde sivillerin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015finin yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015eeyh Maksud ve E\u015frefiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan sivillere SDG mevzilerinden \u201cderhal uzak durmalar\u0131\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca \u201cAl-Awarid Ge\u00e7i\u015fi\u201d ve \u201cAl-Zuhour Caddesi\u201d olmak \u00fczere iki nokta, saat 15.00\u2019e kadar kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere insani ge\u00e7i\u015f koridoru ilan edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SOKA\u011eA \u00c7IKMA YASA\u011eI VE KU\u015eATMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Halep Valili\u011fi, \u015eeyh Maksud ve E\u015frefiye mahallelerinde tam soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 ilan edildi\u011fini duyurdu. Valilik taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Suriye ordusunun her iki mahalleyi ku\u015fatma alt\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, \u201cHalep\u2019i tehdit eden milis tehlikesinin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fi\u201d ifade edildi. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Suriye ve Arap medyas\u0131nda yer alan haberlerde \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n halen s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, HT\u015e g\u00fc\u00e7lerine ait tanklar\u0131n Halep\u2019in Beni Zeyd mahallesine do\u011fru ilerledi\u011fi iddia edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n HT\u015e\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 Harek\u00e2t Komitesi ise SDG kontrol\u00fcndeki b\u00f6lgelere y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir ilerleme operasyonu ba\u015flatmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 savundu.
