SDG, \u015eeyh Maksud ve E\u015frefiye\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n devam etmesi halinde sadece bu mahallelerin de\u011fil, t\u00fcm Suriye\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131k sava\u015f alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131 ve sorumlulu\u011fun sivillere sald\u0131rmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrenlerde olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi: \u201cSuriye Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7leri Genel Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015e\u00eax Meqs\u00fbd ve E\u015frefiye mahallelerinin alt\u0131 aydan fazla bir s\u00fcredir \u015eam h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin farkl\u0131 gruplar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tamamen ku\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu mahallelerin hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde askeri tehdit olu\u015fturmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frular. Halep \u015fehrine y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frular. Demokratik Suriye G\u00fc\u00e7leri\u2019nin bu mahallelerden askeri harekat yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair iddialar tamamen as\u0131ls\u0131z ve uydurmad\u0131r. Bu iddialar, sivil halka y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 me\u015fru k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. SDG\u2019nin Halep \u015fehrinde hi\u00e7bir askeri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmad\u0131, bu mahallelerde askeri harekat yapmad\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenlik sorumlulu\u011funu \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na devretti.
