SDG, uluslararas\u0131 arabuluculukla var\u0131lan anla\u015fmaya ra\u011fmen \u00e7ekilme tamamlanmadan b\u00f6lgeye girildi\u011fini belirterek ihlal iddias\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SDG Genel Komutan\u0131 Mazlum Abdi daha \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma riskini azaltmak amac\u0131yla s\u00f6z konusu b\u00f6lgelerden \u00e7ekileceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Mezopotamya Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re SDG g\u00fc\u00e7leri sabah saatlerinden itibaren geri \u00e7ekilmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SDG Bas\u0131n \u0130rtibat Merkezi\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, anla\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7ekilmenin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgeye giri\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, buna ra\u011fmen \u00e7ekilme s\u00fcreci s\u00fcrerken askeri unsurlar\u0131n kentlere girdi\u011fi ifade edildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, durumun ciddi g\u00fcvenlik riskleri do\u011furdu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SDG, anla\u015fman\u0131n garant\u00f6r\u00fc olan uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lere \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunarak ihlallerin durdurulmas\u0131 ve t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fcdahale talep etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suriye devlet ajans\u0131 SANA ise \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarda HT\u015e\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 gruplardan 2 ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan SDG, Rakka\u2019n\u0131n bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki Dibsi Afnan b\u00f6lgesinde de \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sald\u0131r\u0131larda SDG saflar\u0131nda can kay\u0131plar\u0131 oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
