Karakoldaki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edilen Oru\u00e7\u2019un duru\u015fmas\u0131na, yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ve gazeteciler dahil kimsenin al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Savc\u0131l\u0131k ifadesinde Oru\u00e7\u2019a yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 haberler soruldu. Dosyada, 26 Ekim 2025\u2019te Kandil\u2019de yap\u0131lan geri \u00e7ekilme \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 izlemesi, tahrip edilen mezarl\u0131klara ili\u015fkin haberleri ve sosyal medya hesab\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131mlar su\u00e7lama konusu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cizre\u2019de HDP il\u00e7e binas\u0131na yap\u0131lan bask\u0131nda ele ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi belirtilen ve \u201cyasakl\u0131 yay\u0131n\u201d oldu\u011fu iddia edilen <em>Devrimci Gen\u00e7 Kad\u0131n<\/em> adl\u0131 dergide Oru\u00e7\u2019a ait parmak izlerinin bulundu\u011fu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cGazetecilik faaliyetlerim kriminalize ediliyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedim Oru\u00e7, hem emniyet hem de savc\u0131l\u0131k ifadelerinde su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 reddederek, gazetecilik faaliyetleri nedeniyle hedef al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mesleki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n kriminalize edilmek istendi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oru\u00e7\u2019un avukat\u0131 da m\u00fcvekkilinin haber takibi ve gazetecilik faaliyetlerinin su\u00e7 unsuru haline getirilmesine tepki g\u00f6sterdi.
